Sailing Championships of Zhejiang Province (September)

Zhejiang Sailing Championships has been held for consecutive sessions, including South Taihu Island Rally, OP class sailing track race, youth sailing race, etc. It is one of the largest inland lake sailing races in China. In 2018, the 16th Zhejiang Provincial Games sailing and windsurfing competition was held in the South Taihu Lake.

International Lakefront Resort Conference (June)

In 2018, the first International Binhu Resort Conference was held in Huzhou Taihu National Tourism Resort. In 2019, the permanent site of the International Binhu Resort Conference was settled in South Taihu Lake. Since then, every year, cities around Taihu Lake will be linked together to build a world-class ecological and cultural tourism circle and drive the development of Huzhou Binhu resort industry.

Tour Taihu International Road Cycling Race (October)

This race is an international brand race with independent IP built by Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces. It is also one of the four major professional road cycling races in China. Since 2010, the Tour around Taihu Lake has been held successfully. The participating teams come from 32 countries and regions on five continents.

Bensama Cross Country Race (March)

In 2019, the debut of the South Taihu Saguanshan cross-country Race attracted more than 300 off-road enthusiasts from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai and overseas to take part. The 30km Saguanshan track opened for the first time in South Taihu, providing cross-country enthusiasts with a challenging, adventurous and unique cultural journey.

South Taihu International Yoga Festival (May)

South Taihu International Yoga Festival signed a memorandum of yoga cooperation between Taihu National Tourism Resort and Krishnamachaya Yoga Institute of India to jointly spread yoga culture. The International Yoga Day celebration and South Taihu International Yoga Festival are held every year to jointly promote yoga.

South Taihu Left Bank Life Festival (August - October)

South Taihu Left Bank Life Festival, as a new attempt of Huzhou night consumption promotion project, focuses on the organic integration of food and beverage, entertainment, leisure, art and culture to create an immersive scene experience for consumers. The three major themes of "Live South Taihu", "Fun South Taihu" and "Tide Buy South Taihu" cover many tide play elements such as food, amusement park, fun pop-up show, esports competition, left bank market and so on.
